Direct answer: what is actually documented?
Singapore's National Drug Formulary lists Contrave prolonged-release tablets under licence SIN16411P. A Singapore telehealth provider also advertises the registered product, which is a useful commercial signal. Contrave contains 8 mg naltrexone plus 90 mg bupropion per tablet and is for chronic weight management—not addiction treatment.
HealthHub publishes general naltrexone medicine information, but a patient-information page alone does not prove that standalone 50 mg tablets are currently registered, stocked, subsidised, or available at a stated price. We could not substantiate the previous SGD 200–500 monthly tablet estimate or claims about Vivitrol supply.
